ROLE & SCOPE
As a UI and Brand Designer I was responsible for the creation and management of cohesive, differentiated visual experience across the entire user journey at SV Academy. I was the advocate for and owner of our brand identity, and create systems and guidelines to drive high quality visuals across SV Academy and SV contractors. I partnered with the VP of Marketing to create and develop the SV brand identity, and own how that identity is then reflected into visual touchpoints that communicate brand quality and attract relevant audiences.
ACHIEVEMENTS
SV Academy is among the top sources of entry-level SaaS Sales talent for the Tech Industry in the US. COVID forced us to change its model from solely focusing on B2B, to include B2C.
We deeply understood our new customer and uncovered key insights to adapt the offering and brand story in record time. In 2 months, we launched a renewed value prop and pricing to a new customer. In 6 months, demand increased by 5X, enrollment volume quadrupled, and CAC decreased by 54%. In 18 months, we grew volume by 15x.
In 2021, we evolved SV Academy’s mission to focus on what mattered to people: Having a career they could be proud of, and that could enable them to access a better life. A new verbal and visual identity was launched to reflect the new direction.
By EO 2021, SV Academy raised $20M in its Series B.
